2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Jewelry appearance can vary with lighting, screens, photography, and viewing conditions, so colors and visual details may appear slightly different in person.

Many CasaScarlett products are offered in a quantity of one. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, and availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products described as vintage-inspired or vintage-style are new items and are not represented as genuine antique or vintage pieces.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices or correct pricing errors at any time before an order is accepted. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, inventory error, payment failure, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because many products are one-of-a-kind, exchanges for the same item may not be possible.

The CasaScarlett name, website content, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to CasaScarlett and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
