Where We Ship
CasaScarlett currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $8.00.
- Express Shipping: $15.00.
CasaScarlett does not currently offer an order-value-based free shipping threshold. Available shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Express shipping affects transit speed but does not eliminate order processing time.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
